Can we use more than one FlowZa platform?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's the design. All nine platforms — FlowZa Finance, Club, LogisPro, Spa Master, QRForge, POS, Fleetza, RentFlow and PMS — share a common data layer, so customers, inventory and ledger data flow between systems without manual re-entry.

How does pricing and billing work?

Each platform is priced independently, per organisation, with monthly and yearly billing. Commercial pricing is being finalised — the figures on the pricing page are placeholders, so contact sales for a quote. Every plan can begin as a free trial with no card required, and Enterprise Plus is quoted for larger groups.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major cards — Visa, Mastercard and American Express — with additional local payment options depending on your country. Enterprise customers can also pay by bank transfer.

Always. Your business data belongs to you — export it in full as CSV, Excel or JSON at any time, with no lock-in.

How do roles and permissions work?

Role-based access control comes standard: Admin, Manager, Operator and Read-only roles, with granular per-module permissions on Professional and Enterprise plans. There is no artificial limit on team size.

How secure is our data?

FlowZa runs on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3), every action is captured in an append-only audit trail, and tenant data is isolated at the database level — all backed by a 99.9% uptime SLA.

Yes — SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 SSO are available on Professional and Enterprise plans, with support for Okta, Azure AD and Google Workspace.
