The Services
These Terms of Service govern your use of the FlowZa AI platforms — FlowZa Finance, FlowZa Club, FlowZa LogisPro, FlowZa Spa Master, FlowZa QRForge, FlowZa POS, FlowZa Fleetza, FlowZa RentFlow and FlowZa PMS — and the flowza.ai website, all operated by SoarTek LLC ("FlowZa", "we", "us") of Ghala, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. By creating an account or using the services you agree to these terms.
Accounts & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the services — including attempting unauthorized access, reselling without authorization, uploading malicious code, or using the platforms to violate any law.
Trials, Billing & Payment
- Every plan can begin as a free trial — no card required. FlowZa Club trials run 14 days.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing saves 25%.
- Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
- We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes, including VAT where it applies in your country.
Your Data
The business data you store in FlowZa products belongs to you. You can export it in full at any time (CSV, Excel or JSON). On termination we retain your data for 90 days so you can retrieve it, after which it is deleted except where law requires longer retention. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.
Intellectual Property
All software, AI models, interfaces, and documentation are owned by SoarTek LLC. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the services for your business. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you, or of your data to us.
AI Output Disclaimer
FlowZa platforms include AI-generated insights, summaries and recommendations. These are provided to assist your judgement, not replace it. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output — including tax, payroll and financial figures — before relying on it.
Warranties & Liability
The services are provided with reasonable skill and care, backed by a 99.9% uptime SLA. Except where the law says otherwise, our total aggregate liability arising out of the services is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us; paid periods run to their end. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Muscat, Oman.
Changes & Version History
We may update these terms and will give 30 days' notice of material changes.
